“First, this tour is provided by Orange Umbrella, which provides the guide. Apparently many websites and companies feed into this tour (at least 4 in my group). Total in group was around 20 which borders on too big without headsets but our guide (Magda) used a voice amplifier and spoke perfect English so no issues. Very informative and good pace. No WC breaks. All business covering a lot of history. Presented many period photos which brought needed color to the magnitude of destruction and horror which happened here. Solicited and got many questions while walking between stops. No formal talks while walking which worked best. I would recommend this tour…”
