“If you are in Warsaw, this is a must class to take. The instructor Maria, gave detailed instructions on how to make the filling and how to make the dough. We made 4 types of dumplings; vegan, vegetarian and two types of meat. There was an onion oil that went along the pierogi’s. To seal the pierogi there are many ways on how you can do it, but we learned 5. The tortellini shape, I didn’t do to well, with practice, maybe I’ll master is. I want to try the fruit filled pierogi. I will have to experiment to see if preserves can be used. At the end we tried…”
